Louis V. Kosnett

Since his admission to the California Bar in 2014, Louis Kosnett has practiced criminal defense with an unwavering devotion to the Constitution, the rule of law, and the rights of the criminally accused. His strong work ethic and tireless dedication to his clients have resulted in consistently great results for individuals in Los Angeles facing serious criminal charges and the life-changing consequences that could follow without skilled legal representation.

Based in Los Angeles, Louis has represented numerous clients in cases ranging from misdemeanors such as DUI and drug possession offenses to high-level felonies. His aggressiveness and attention to detail have resulted in outright dismissals of several cases and greatly reduced sentences in others. He has also been successful in petitioning the court to have his client’s arrest record sealed and destroyed pursuant to California law on record sealing and expungement.

Louis has had occasion to speak to local residents in Los Angeles as well as legal professionals on topics ranging from DUI to general criminal defense. Louis is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations.
